Nutritionally balanced meals are served at no additional cost
at the scheduled times:
Breakfast
8:00 - 8:30 a.m.
Snack
10:00 - 10:15 a.m.
Lunch
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Nap
1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
Snack
3:30 - 3:45 p.m.
The following guidelines for payment will be followed.
One month's payment for child care must be paid in advance, on the first day of each month.
Advance payment for the first two weeks of child care will hold an opening for two weeks, with agreed upon starting date and time. (It will not be refunded if you fail to start on the agreed date and time.)
You must give one month notice of termination or pay severance pay equal to the cost of one month of day care.
Fees are subject to change with one month's notice.
This parent-provider contract may be terminated at my discretion, with two weeks notice, if I judge that continuation of care for the child is detrimental to the child or to the day care program.
There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
